We send the code by email — either to you, or to the person you gave us. With your message and a short redemption guide.
How long is the voucher valid?+
Three years from issue date. We're happy to extend in exceptional cases — just ask.
Can I redeem only part of it?+
Yes. The remainder stays on the code, you can use it on your next visit.
How do I pay?+
Currently by bank transfer. Once payment reaches us, the voucher code goes out. Online payment coming soon.
